XCJ-930H is equipped with manual Anode and Cathode aluminum foil, electrolytic paper, guide pin and tape loading machine. After completion, the Anode and Cathode aluminum foil, electrolytic paper, termination tape and guide pin are placed according to the predetermined product and process requirements. Implement the function of fully automatic winding, with short circuit detection function. Automatically take the element from the winding machine, automatically feeding and adding the black rubbers,leave a gap between the black rubbers, and automatically welding the elements on the T bar after added rubber. The T bar is automatically loaded into the frame, automatically put on the frame, with automatic black bean detection, automatic welding detection, automatic frame detection, automatic counting and other functions. The equipment has a stable and reliable working condition and process guarantee.
